Changing the Way We Communicate

At Worker Care, we’ve always been committed to open and timely communication with our patients and their employers.  An injury can be a scary thing for everyone involved, and you’re bound to have a ton of questions throughout the process.  That’s why we’re taking steps to better educate our patients and their employers about their injury, and making sure everyone stays informed every step of the way.

We believe that clear and timely communication between the medical provider, the employer and the claims examiner is the key to helping injured workers get back to work quickly and safely.

In the coming months, we’ll be rolling out a new website designed to educate our patients and their employers on the steps we take to get you healthy. This feature will help you better understand the entire process, from the moment an injured worker walks in the door, to the day they get back to work full-time. We’ll also be maintaining ongoing discussions here on our blog, which will help keep you informed on our latest efforts to better communicate with you.
